Game changer in my pastry kitchen

I’m so glad I invested in the Brod & Taylor 15.5” dough sheeter. I bake a lot, and thanks to this machine I was able to achieve a perfect laminated dough for croissants. It’s easy to set up and use, everything is smartly designed to assemble and disassemble without hassle. I also love that the blue side of the board is meant for laminating and cutting dough, while the white side is for laminating only. I’ve found it so versatile—I use it not just for laminated dough, but also for rolling pâte sucrée and brioche dough.
